Eagles Tribute Band "Lyin' Eyes" will be in concert at Imagine Eleven Summer Music Series in downtown St. Joseph at Coleman Hawkins Park, 7th and Felix, this Sunday, June 24th. The event is from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. and free, for all ages, with food and drink vendors. The evening will open with a first time "Open Mic" with local artists sharing their music. Bring a lawn chair/blanket and enjoy an evening of music in an outdoor setting. In event of rain the event will be moved to Christ Episcopal (north of the park). Imagine Eleven presents the 2017 Christmas Show featuring 5 Star Jazz. “Christmas Big Band Style” happens Sunday, December 10th at 6 p.m. at First Lutheran Church. Imagine Eleven presents Soca JukeBox this Sunday, August 13th, from 6-8:30 p.m. at Coleman Hawkins Park, 7th and Felix. With a unique blend of Island-Rock Soca JukeBox (www.socajukebox.com) covers everything - classic hits in Rock, Reggae, Country, Calypso and Soca (“SO-ul CAlypso”) infused with charisma, humor, false bravado and Rasta-goodness. Shawn Minter, a NW Missouri music artist will open the evening.

Eleven members delivering the best collection of soul, funk and R&B this side of your MP3 player. Opening the evening will be local American idol contestant Stephanie Gummelt. Imagine Eleven Summer Music Series presents Multiphonics on Sunday, July 30th from 6-8:30 p.m. at Coleman Hawkins Park, 7th and Felix in St. Joseph, MO. Multiphonics plays music that includes Rock, Country, Motown, R&B, Ballads,Funk, Swing, Latin, and more. One of the hottest party bands in Kansas City. Opening the evening is a variety of local talent offered by St. Joseph's Something Else Cabaret. The music is free with food and drink available for purchase. Bring a lawn chair/blanket for seating.  For Imagine Eleven's 2016 Christmas Show, 5 Star Jazz will perform on Sunday, December 4th at 6 p.m at First Lutheran Church located at 302 South 10th Street. About 3 weeks ago we were $5600 short of meeting our expenses for the Imagine Eleven Series. We were considering cancelling the last 2 Sundays, which would still have left us short of income. TODAY, we stand at $1062 in meeting our obligations. Thanks to the donations from individuals, businesses, and the Go Me Fund Campaign, we are in good position to fully find this summer. We will be taking our bucket donations this Sunday and have a vendor who is donating their summer proceeds.
It has been a wonderful summer. The weather was a challenge at times, but the musicians, volunteers, and vendors consistently provided an excellent evening for this community event. This week we'll be giving a big shout out to all of you who have supported this series. It is island rock night with SocaJukeBox and the premier of Tierny Tassler in St. Joseph. Pass the word! This Sunday, August 7th hear the sister sounds of Maria the Mexican at Imagine Eleven. Stephanie Gummelt, singer/songwriter, will open the evening at 6:00 p.m. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, grab some food and enjoy a summer evening of live music.   This Sunday, July 3rd, Imagine Eleven welcomes The Restoration Band and Neely! The free concert is located at Coleman Hawkins Park, 7th and Felix in downtown St. Joseph, MO.
